Dan Feinberg is Interim Director of SUNY Online. Since joining the organization in 2010, Dan’s job has allowed him to work with SUNY’s broad diversity of campuses and stellar higher ed professionals across the state. He has traveled across the system working with faculty and administrators to help implement high quality online instruction. 

Prior to joining SUNY System Administration, Dan worked as an instructional designer for Schenectady County Community College and the University at Albany’s Rockefeller College. He won numerous grants and awards as a middle school teacher in Washington, DC, including a scholarship from the Fulbright Memorial Fund. He earned a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology and behavior from Haverford College, and a Master’s degree in instructional design from George Mason University. He has served nine years on the Scotia-Glenville school board.
