This article provides information on how to create submission requirements to ensure that you can gather specific data from a Slate-hosted application.
Submission requirements can be created for any data in a Slate-hosted application. There are two types:
Hard Fails – Warns that data missing from the application that is required before an applicant is able to submit their application.
- At least two letters of recommendation
- One Essay
- The following contact information
- Mobile phone
- Mailing address
- Permanent address
Soft Fails – Warns that data missing is from the application, but will not prevent an applicant from successfully submitting their application.
- Middle name
- Work Experience
- Optional Personal Statement
Filters – may be applied to show requirements for a certain segment of the application population.
Example: An international applicant applying to a Graduate Round that has an interest in Engineering must submit the following materials.
