Customizing Your Application Details Tab
This article provides instructions for customizing what fields appear on your Application Details tab.
If you would like to fully display the information sent to you through the SUNY Application imports, we recommend creating a customized application details tab to store and display the information. You will need to ensure you have an active Application Details Tab. It should be Application scoped. To check/edit/add, go to Database > Records > Tabs.
Once you have ensured it is active, you can then begin to add fields to the tab. Go to Database > Records > Fields, and review the fields that you would like displayed. If they have been added to the Application Details tab, you will see it listed under the Category/Tab column.
If not, click on the field. In the pop up window, select Application Details from the Tab drop down menu.
After importing applications files, you can then review the newly stored data by going to a record, clicking on the application tab, then clicking the Application Details link in the right hand menu.
