Nomination Elements Want more information about the elements you will be asked to submit in the program nomination form? View the Nomination Elements for additional detail about the information you will be asked to provide.

Evaluation Criteria The criteria that will be used in the review of the proposed programs are based on the priorities established for Open SUNY and the Open SUNY+ Signature Elements.  View the criteria that will be used in the process for details.

Sloan-C Quality Scorecard Looking for more information on how or why these evaluation criteria were chosen? Most of the Open SUNY+ Signature Elements align with indicators in the Quality Scorecard from the Online Learning Consortium (OLC).  Take a look at the full OLC Quality Scorecard to see all 75 indicators across nine categories of quality.

High Needs In an effort to continue to match programs powered by Open SUNY+ with high needs areas within NYS, we encourage you to look at the High Needs Grant program administered by the SUNY Office of the Provost.  This site includes more detail on what we mean when we reference “high needs” and includes the most recent RFP to campuses as well as the list of projects funded in the past two years.
