During peak times, you may be asked to hold for support. Please know that at any time, you may opt to leave a voicemail, or you may choose our other support options.

For faster service when contacting the Open SUNY HelpDesk concerning your online course, please be at a computer with internet access and have your Student ID or username available. The average HelpDesk call takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Please call when your schedule permits.
