New Ticket Tracking application for Open SUNY / SUNY Online
Effective March 2nd, the Open SUNY Support Services HelpDesk is transiting from Footprints to Team Dynamix for its incident management.
If you go to our main web site – https://online.suny.edu/help/ the blue Create A Support Request under Contact Us will be pointed to the new application at https://sunyonline.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1985/Portal/Home/
Although the look and feel is different, we hope that this new application will improve your ability to submit incidents and receive responses.
Current active tickets in Footprints will be worked on this week and moved over to Team Dynamix as necessary if not able to close by next week.
Of course, you can still contact us by phone and those numbers have not changed.
